The article presents the analysis of biodiversity resources introduction of Federal Scientific Centre of Agroecology, Complex Melioration and Protective Afforestation of Russian Academy of Sciences (Altai territory, Volgograd, Samara region). On the basis of long-term experimental studies that were carried out as field experiment, where the main factor was environmental conditions of different geographical locations, as well as the characteristics of plants the authors identified ecological-economic perspective of introduction of woody plants for the enrichment of the dendroflora of protective forest plantations for different purposes.
