Flora and vegetation of the proposed regional significance protected area “Culchum” were studied by the authors. The tentative list of vascular plant species was created. Species of vascular plants listed in the Red book of the Republic of Bashkortostan were identified, as well as the primary areas of broad-leaved forest and slope areas of steppes, with a broad variety of species of vascular plants.
