The article presents data on the content of trace elements (iron, manganese, copper, zinc, nickel, chromium, lead) in soils and mushrooms growing in the Transbaikal Territory. The objects of the research were the following types of mushrooms: Leccinum aurantiacum, Suillus luteus, Leccinum scabrum, Lactarius torminosus, L. resimus, sp. Russula, Lactarius deliciosus. The content of ions of elements in mushrooms was determined by the method of x-ray fluorescence analysis. The maximum accumulation of zinc and iron was revealed in all studied types of mushrooms. The minimum accumulation is marked for nickel. The largest amount of the studied trace elements was found in mushrooms of the genus Russula. The minimum content of all studied elements was noted in the fruiting bodies in Lactarius deliciosus. The content of heavy metals in the mushrooms of the Transbaikal Territory is lower compared to their accumulation in other zones of Russia. It has been established that all types of mushrooms are macro-concentrators of copper, according to the values of the coefficient of biological accumulation.
