The article presents the materials on monitoring shrubs status in green areas in Saratov. The authors show the distribution of shrubs on the objects of public green spaces (parks, squares, gardens and boulevards). Analyzing the actual number of native shrubs on the objects the authors found out that 62% of the total number of shrubs are in good condition.
