The importance of studying and predicting the consequences of invasive processes for the territory of Grodno Neman River region is due to the fact that it is one of the main corridors for the penetration of alien species and potential invasions. Based on the results of research carried out in 2016–2020,
201 species of arthropod phytophages from 110 genera, 29 families, and 7 orders were revealed. Phytophages-invaders from 42 species were found, it is 21% of the established phytophages species composition in the study area. Invasive phytophages species damage trees and shrubs belonging to 33 taxa, 24 genera, 16 families, and 16 orders. Plants of the Robinia L., 1753 and Acer L., 1753 (6 and 5 species, respectively) provide food for the largest number of phytophages. Nine of the registered invasive species have an extremely high level of damage, and four species – have a high occurrence. All studied 18 urban greeneries are characterized by the high and severe level of biocontamination.
